Formation information

 1. Granite, diorite and gabbro are the main rock with high hardness and poor drillability.

 2. Structural conditions: weathered fracture zone is developed near the surface, and there are fault zone and tectonic fracture zone in the deep part.

 3. Hydrogeological conditions: the deep fracture zone may be rich in groundwater and may encounter water gushing in the hole.






Construction characteristics


 1. The drilling rig needs large feed force and rotary power, and the drill string needs to take lubrication and drag reduction measures.

 2. The stable liquid column pressure of the borehole wall cannot be formed in the horizontal drilling hole, and the borehole wall stability of the fracture zone section is poor.

3. During the drilling process, the rock cuttings are highly aggregated in the lower part of the borehole wall, and the drill bit is affected by several factors of rock reaction force on the cutting surface.

Deflection is prone to occur in the middle, and drilling trajectory control is extremely important.

 4. Drill bits, drilling tools and drill pipes are seriously worn, and the wear speed is fast

 5. When the water inflow in the hole is large, it is difficult to push the core tube and the fishing device. It is necessary to provide a mud pump with large pressure and pumping capacity, and take measures to relieve pressure in the well.

 6. When drilling into the broken zone and weak stratum of water gushing, it is easy to collapse and drop blocks, causing sticking and burying accidents.

 7. After φ 98 drilling tool is drilled to 290m, the drilling hole starts to drift up. When it reaches 390m, the drilling hole has drifted up 4 degrees cumulatively, and when it reaches 457m, it drifts up to the highest point of 96.26

 8, drilling water caused by mud lubrication drag reduction greatly reduced, drill pipe, drilling tool wear accelerated, rotation resistance increased

9. When drilling 1100~1200m, the formation is hard, with an average of 3~5m per day, and the effective life of the drill bit is 6~10m;1300~1600m, the rock hardness level is higher,
